Hello there! Thanks for reading my post. The other night, I woke up because my arm was painfully numb. I am a big girl, and I must have been laying on it in a terrible way. I rubbed it to make sure I still HAD an arm, and moved my fingers.... and found out I DID still have an arm, and use of my fingers. Yippee.
The next morning, I noted that I had petechiae all along my forearm and hand. That was Saturday morning, and they are still here early Tuesday am.
My question: Did I cause the petechiae by rubbing my arm too hard? (It was numb, I don't know if I was rough on it or not.) Or, did the petechiae happen when I slept on it wrong?
I have a history of facial petechiae when I vomit, so it's not new for me to have...
