I noticed that my palms peel from time to time about 20 years. I initially tried to attach seasonal trend to it but discovered that it does not follow any. About 10 years ago, it became nearly permanent with varying degrees and also extended to the soles of my feet. It has been very extensive foe nearly 2 years now. It does not itch or discomfort in any way and my palms are generally soft. The problem is just the embarrasment of scally palm (which is more easily noticed). Because of it, I also do not use any cream. Kindly give me suggestions on possible causes and treatment.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
