Peeling, cracking, bleeding fingertips - What could it be? (Picture)

My daughter was born mid august and shortly after I started developing dry skin on my fingertips, only on my right hand. After that, the skin began to crack and peel and become flaky. Sometimes it would bleed and little bubbles would form and when popped a clear liquid would come out. Above my nails the skin looks almost like a 60 year old's would, almost like it has lost elasticity (I'm 20).

I've tried different lotions, sleept with a glove filled with lotion, frequent washing, trying to not wash it frequently, not using harsh chemicals, etc.. but nothing has worked. I have no underlying health conditions.

This picture isn't really good, but it's all I have at the moment.

Any ideas?
