About two years ago I had a five bypass heart surgery in Florida. About a year ago I developed a redness across my upper chest that looks and feels like a slight sunburn. I've been to a local surgeon, that says I need a referral from my family doctor, who, ignoring this, sent me to a skin doctor that gave me a prescription for a salve. There is no surface rash. Only the redness.
