I have tiny unraised red pinpricks on my arms and chest. They almost look like little broken blood vessels, and some are getting a little bigger . I have had them almost a year, and more keep appearing. If anyone might know what they are I would really appriciate a response. Thank's in advance.

  • Hi - have you had your blood work checked lately? Sometimes low platelets will cause a rash similar to what you've described.
