My face is covered in pus and scabs, help

Well I made a post days ago but it never got approved. Hopefully this one will because my face is 100% worse now.

Someone suggested that it looks like a bacterial infection, so I put antiseptic cream on it once, and it's blown up like crazy. It is completely covered in little pinpricks of pus.

At first it was fairly flat, with a few little bumps/pimples filled with fluid. Now it's just ridiculous.
