This problem has been bothering me for a while now. I never had this problem as a kid or 1 - 2 yrs ago but now I'm 15 (male) and this happens every single day. This happens a lot when I'm in bed. I usually go to sleep after using the computer but I have also noticed that this happens even If I don't use it. My hands become hot and my feet will remain frozen cold. It happens at random times everywhere I go! My parents told me that it could be poor blood circulation. I have to admit that I have been using the computer a lot lately and exercised very little. I don't smoke, drink alcohol, eat trash food and etc... I don't consider my diet very healthy but it's no where close to being unhealthy. I used to be shy when I was a kid and even today I'm little shy. But I realized that it's not "me" it just happens. For example, I could be totally cool and calm one second and the next second everyone will be looking at me. I can't control it! and it gets worse If I think about it or try to suppress it. I don't know if it has to do with poor blood circulation or some anxiety disorder. I have no idea.
