My 2yo son has had sores the come up overnight randomly for about a month now. They don't hurt or itch. The GP prescribed antibiotics, which did nothing, then she prescribed a steroid cream, which also did nothing. This week we saw a dermatologist and she believes my son has papular urticaria so she prescribed antihistamines and a stronger steroid cream. also no response except the steroid cream seemed to strip his skin and for the first time my son cried in pain. I'm at my wits end as doctors don't seem to have a clue about this. The sores progress quite fast from one day to the next. He's had a cluster them on his belly and on his right leg (right below the belly ones), a single one on his right arm and now he has one on his left shoulder that just turned into 5 (4 days ago it was one, 2 days ago turned into 2 and today it became 5). I have photos of the different stages of this one. What could this possibly be? I'm desperate!Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
