  • For psoriasis information go to www.psoriasis-association.org.uk. I have psoriasis myself I have it on my scalp have had it all over my body I also have psoriatic arthritis. Psoriasis on the body can be caused by physical or emotional stress, I first got psoriasis on my body as a result of breaking my toe, it took nearly a year to go but I've not had it back since, coconut body lotion really helped along with the usual creams the doctor prescibed.
