I have recently (in the last 2 months) been getting outbreaks of itchy spots. The spots themselves are quite small but there is a large red area around them. They kind of look like small mozzy bites with a big sore area.
They are quite infectious as they spread very quickly from one butt cheek to another. Does anyone know what they could be?
And has anyone else had them?

They take a few days to go away. Please help I'm really worried! x
