For the past 8 years cysts have been appearing on my arm under the skin. I am 19 and they are very unsightly. I have been for surgery to have some removed but that only encouraged more to grow. I am worried that they will not stop growing and dont understand why they are only on one arm. They dont hurt, however is there any other treatment apart from surgery that can help?

  • I'd say there's probably something wonky with your lymphnodes. You should go get that checked out , definately. And maybe by a different doctor? For a second opinion and whatnot, you know. Then again, it could be a weird allergy to a razorblade or shaving cream. Try not shaving for a week or two and see if things work out.

  • I am experiencing the same thing. I was told by one doctor that it could be calcium buildup. I have grown four lumps on my arms in the path three months. Let's keep the discussion going.

  • My husband was getting an IV and the nurse stabbed him over and over until she got the IV in. After that, he got a giant hematoma that seemed to grow up his arm turning into lots of little hard pointy bumps. The hand doctor squeezed one, got the gunk out, and after that, he got more. We're still looking for the answer as to how to get rid of them.

  • Its either because you shave or you have the disease that the first person said.Read this asap this tells you what to do and what it is and what will happen.I hope ur okPlease note that it is extremely important to obtain an accurate diagnosis before trying to find a cure. Many diseases and conditions share common symptoms: if you treat yourself for the wrong illness or a specific symptom of a complex disease, you may delay legitimate treatment of a serious underlying problem. In other words, the greatest danger in self-treatment may be self-diagnosis. If you do not know what you really have, you can not treat it!_________________________ Acne Treatment

  • You should research a condition called Hidradenitis Suppurtiva. I think I spelled it wrong.

I did see a doctor 2 years ago and said not to worry cause they were hereditary or something like that. *excuse my spelling** but if i wanted to be in peace, for me to removed them and check them. he suggested for me not to worry. my dad had these and some of my relatives have these. so, i guess its' hereditary
