I have a little larger than pea sized lump deep under the skin just below my right nostril. I can feel it by pressing on the surface of my skin at the location of the lump. I can also feel it inside the skin between my fingers if I put one finder in my mouth way up in the very top of my lip between my gums and the inside of my lip and the other finger on the outside just below my nostril. It is NOT inside of my mouth.
It's tender/painful to the touch and if I press on it enough it seem to to swell a bit. It is not visible on my face except if I tighten my upper lip around the front of my upper teeth causing my top lip lip to stretch downward/tight. If I do that the lump is a visible bump under my skin.
