I have just registered on this board. I am a 61 year old women who developed a small patch of GA on my left hand four years ago. That was it for three years, but last winter more spots started to appear. I saw a dermatologist for three visits. Each time he prescribed a different treatment each visit. The last med prescribed was Clobex spray. I used it and some of the GA disappeared. However, it came back and new places have come also. I read the leaflet which states that Clobex should only be used for a maximum of four weeks. The derm. gave me a prescription for several refills. Has anyone used this steriod for a longer period of time than the one month? And what were the results?
Thanks in advance for your help.
