Wondering if anyone can shed light on this issue...

I have a non-itchy, non-painful, bright red localized rash on my chest. It is only on my upper chest. It presented approximately 8 days ago and appears to worsening by the day. I've seen a couple doctors, none of whom have any idea what this is and am waiting on a dermatologist referral, which could be up to a 2 week wait. It is spring, so I highly doubt it is a heat rash and I've never had any acne issues, nor sensitive skin issues. Also, not currently on any meds, and doctors did rule out chest acne.

Anyone seen anything like this??? Picture is attached. Thanks in advance for any information.
