Itchy Skin

Ok, to begin i would like to say that I recently had an infestation of bed bugs and it was taken care of. I had them for months and did not even realize it was a bed bug infestation. Bedbugs leave big bites that look just like mosquito bites and itch like them, and bedbugs can be seen, they are not invisible to the naked eye.
Now, putting that aside, I am still itchy but I do not know where the itch is coming from. The symptoms: itchy skin with tiny dots that turn pink when i scratch them, all over my arms, inner thighs, uper back, and hands. These dots look completely different from the bedbug bites. I think I am having an allergic reaction to something, but when I take an antihistamine, it barely alleviates the itch. Could it be dust mites? Has anybody else had this problem?
