About 4 months ago I realized that I had a very itchy rash (little red dots, sometimes clustered)... mostly on my hands, forearms, rear and shins. My shins and rear itched the worst. My boyfriend had the same thing and went to the doctor, they told him it was scabies, he was treated and it went away. I went to the doctor, he said I did NOT have scabies, but prescribed me the cream because my boyfriend did have it. I have since treated 6 times, followed every order from the doctor when it came to the treatment, and cleaning. The cream made the itching subside, most of the spots go away, but they keep COMING BACK. My itching isn't near what it used to be when I first had the rash, but I still itch (especially on my collar bones and in the bend of the elbows), and I still have small red dots that keep showing up. They start out like blisters, then kind of harden and don't go away for a week or two. I noticed recently that my roommates have all over skin rashes as well, but they too have been to the doctor and the doctor gave them both different explanations for their rashes with different treatments (I thought everyone had scabies, so I made them go to the doctor). Their treatments aren't working, I don't know what it could be! Please help!Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
