Itchy, Mucusy Discharge coming from skin?

I've had this for awhile, and I'm not quite sure what it is... I'm overweight by about 30 lbs. However, I'm not unhealthy. My BP is good, as well as my sugar levels, and everything. I'm in good health.

However, I have this mucusy discharge that comes from my navel, and under my stomach (I have a ponch). Now I've tried using baby powder to lessen the moisture, and I shower twice a day.

The discharge smells too. When I wipe it off it's almost yellowish in color, but moreso on the cream colored side.

It also burns a little and itches almost constantly. I'm thinking it may be some type of bedsore thing because of my obesity, or maybe just some skin condition... but it only happens in areas where two body parts meet and are constantly in contact with each other.

Any ideas?
