Thank you In advance for reading my thread I guesse I should start by saying hello as I am a new member and this is my first post.
I come hear because my doctor told me not to worry about my situation, so either I am going crazy or I have a disorder.
I guess the first sign of any problems was itching on my left hip and above my genitals(pubic hair region) I tried to limit it but eventually after about a month or 2 it went away,
after moving from nights to days after about 2 weeks at my job I noticed myself looking at my hands and thinking they looked different! ... about a week later there was definatly somthing going on and I can compare it only to an older persons hands like a smooth glossey look but actually scaling and wrinkly looking, I thought nothing of it as i worked out in the sun all day and figured my hands were drying out but I couldnt seem to let it go about this same time I noticed alot of bruises on my legs big and small some were light yellow while others were dark purple. I lifted alot of trees as i work in a garden center so it would not be unusuall, but After i couldnt account for most of them I became concerned.
about this time I thought it would be a good time to go see the doctor, so I went ... he glanced at my hands and told me not to worry about it as if I was wasting his time, I persisted and he said he'd get a blood test taken if it would ease my mind, I gratfully accepted his offer and off I went.
A week later I recieved a call saying my blood came back good with no signs for concern, this was about three weeks ago from today, about a week after my doctor visit I though my hands were starting to go back to normal but really this is where the scary part comes....
having paid so much attention to my skin I ddidnt realize that my hands were getting weaker my tendons I could feel with every motion, they stuck out of my skin with even the slightest movement, they just look and feel like all of the muscle on my hands is no longer there. everyday it seems my hands lose alittle bit of mass and just the other day I noticed cramping in my hands and fingers I also have veins that are easily visible where they never used to be such as my hips legs and of course hands.
If youve made it to here I thank you for listening and am open to any advice thank you and sorry for the terrible grammer skills.
