My skin itches all over when I'm in the sun for less than 10 minutes. I don't get a rash of blisters, however when I scratch, of course my skin turns red. This awful itching happens when I work out and begin to sweat and when I take a hot
bath. But the worst is when I'm in the sun. What can this be?

  • It could have to do with your capillaries. I know that sometimes when I first start to jog, my body with start to itch all over, its just your skin's capillaries opening to allow heat to escape.
