So in the last two or three days I've suddenly developed a large number (like 30-40 total) of round red rashes looking bumps/things that have covered the immediate area of my thigh where my scrotum touches my legs. The are small and round but almost have no elevation to them like a rash, but some of them seem to look sore. There are none actually on my scrotum but it looks there might be a handful above the base of my penis.
I really don't have any idea what these are, I don't think there are anything like molluscum because I've never had sex. My friend did use my towel recently, but I also don't think he has anything and I think that the infection would be more widespread. My thoughts were an irritation from soap (I recently switched to a liquid soap, which I quit using today) or possible from friction or something. I just moved to college and have probably been walking a good 4 or 5 miles a day instead of probably less than an average of 1.
