I have a rash on my head It started with 2 lumps at the top front and slowly is moving down my body

Its a very itchy rash its now on my neck, under my right breast on my lower back and below my elbows and where my panty line is. Doctors say stress. And dont seem to want to do anything more. But its getting worse every day and driving me insane with itching. Please help

  • Possibly shingles? Is it painful? From what I understand shingles is very painful. Could possibly dermatitis ?

  • This could be psoriasis or Lichen Planus both of which are considered autoimmune conditions. You should go see a dermatologist. Your GP may not be familiar with these diseases. Both of these cause red raised bumps and are very itchy. Also look into the Paleo Autoimmune Protocol diet which supports immune system health and helps you identify food sensitivities.
