I have a brother he's 35 years old, 6 months ago he started to getting those red spots on his skin just like mosquto bites some of them disappear a while later some don't but he's still getting those things on his skin, we thought that maybe something is wrong with his livers or something, we checked it and its fine. I'm guessing its some kind of blood disease from so far what I've been reading online. I'm really worried. He's like a father to me.
