Not so long back I used hair removal cream on my legs instead of shaving, I realised after I had washed it off that I had, had an alergic reaction to it, my legs were all rashed and painfull. The rash was gone for the next day but my legs were still a little tender, I have since shaved my legs today and I came up with the same painfull rash but this time some of the most sore spots had cut open (not from cutting with the shaver). Can you please suggest some ideas of what might be wrong with my sore legs?
Thank you,
Rory. (rorysemail@aol.com)

  • Hey Rory, welcome to WD...The soreness is not from the act of shaving but from your shaving cream....maybe the cream is too acidic for your skin to take...why not try putting on rxtra virgin olive oil on your legs then try shaving it...the oil is absorb and will not give you any rash at all... BTW, you have to stop shaving for at least a week or 2 just to let your skin recover then you can do the EVOO tip i shared ;)
