For whatever reasons, my scalp has been growing harder and bumpier with dark spots at random places for the last ~5 years. The scalp is darker and harder towards the sides and the back. These rough patches do not hurt in any way and they're not scaly either. Furthermore, I have re-occurring pimples on the scalp, although not many.
