my name is april and i am 14 years old. all my life i have been dealing with people that ask me if i am ok, have i been drinking water and have i been wearing sunscreen. my face, arms and legs get red and sweaty when i excersize, get embarrased, or even just talking to someone. i get a rushing feeling to my face of heat and red and it feels really weird. guys call me weird sometimes, and i think it might have to do with my weight also, i am 5"8.5 and i weigh 185 pounds. I have tried to lose weight but since i have hypothyroidism i cant easily. because of my hypothyroidism, i cannot take any pills (like beta blockers) to reduce the redness of my face because the risk of the side effects are too risky. i cannot control my face, i use makeup, but it gives me acne and sometimes hives. my parents tell me that i shouldnt care what people say, im 14 years old and i care so much about what people think and say about me. i just need some help. please.
