a week ago I noticed some dark spots forming under the hair on the back of both hands, later it turned to dark spots...can't really tell since I am black already but it looks like frickin plastic, in a week and a half it spread to half of my hand so I went to see a dermatologist.
well what she did is that she scraped my skin with a razor like thing and she told me that I have some flat warts caused by a virus but she stated that it is weird that it progressed fast, so she got her liquid nitrogen thrower and sprayed a good chunk of both hands.
I went home and all got better til the night came and my hand blistered, I kinda freaked out so I went to the hospital and got em popped. after 5 days which is today I noticed more spots around (still light ) like the previously sprayed area and a bit on my thumb so I went again to see my dermatologist which told me to wait til the one she did falls off and heal and redo it again.
Is this normal? I am getting paranoid...

Edit: The ones I got are not itchy or painful at all.

  • Sounds like Molluscum Contagiosum. Did the warts look like a whitehead pimple or have a little dimple on top??http://www.visualdxhealth.com/images/dx/webChild/molluscumContagiosumPediatric_1194_lg.jpgI suggest looking into Silvercure + healing pen and taking some immune system boosting vitamins. See the other thread I posted recently.

Accutane won't make a difference I used to take it.Are you sexually active? It could be scabies, HPV, or herpes if it's not MCV. Scabies probably being what you would hope for.Get tested for STDs. Sounds like your dermatologist doesn't know how to diagnose it. In which case I would find a better dermatologist.

  • nope am not sexually active at all, just finished college, car is broken so I don't go out much and this week is my second working week at my first job and I get big blisters on both hands :I stopped using the lotion, the blisters area is still tender and it kinda hurt to stretch my hands even when typing but its completely dry and I got no swelling, I also read that if you have a dark skin flat wart are hard to detect maybe thats it but hos fast should it take to spread?and can it jump to other parts of my body?

Do not shave this part of the body and keep water away from it!! You do not need to be sexually active to catch MCV. It can live on clothing, towels, sheets for up to 2 weeks.
