I have a lot of what looks like warts on my face. They're covering the entire right hand side of my chin. They started spreading from a group of 2-4 about a year ago, then grew to a cluster of more than 30 all within a 1 1/2 inch square portion of my face about 6 months ago and haven't spread since, except for a few on my hand and arm.
