Elbow & Knee Lesions from Aldara?

I am a 21yo male who was recently prescribed Aldara for treatment of molluscum on my genitalia. Though it seems as if it has been working very well I started noticing lesions on my elbows and more recently my knees about a week after starting Aldara. I visited my dermatologist and was given Clobetasol to treat the elbow and knee lesions. My dermatologist also mentioned that the bumps could be caused by an allergic reaction to gluten, though I have never been allergic before. If the clobetasol doesnt work im scheduled for a Biopsy in about 3 weeks but I can't wait that long because the itchyness is unbearable. If anyone can chime in with some experience it would be very appreciated
