I have hundreds of little dots on my feet that look like freckles. There is no pain and they are not raised at all. There are lots on my right foot, on the top/left side, and they all stop before reaching the bottom of my foot. There are less on the left foot, on the top right side (so they are where the feet would be touching). I noticed them on my left foot yesterday and they have since gotten worse. I've been directed to Petechia by the internet, but I don't think that's it since they are in the same place on both feet. Any information on what this is would be greatly appreciated.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
