I was hoping to find somebody who could help identify the condition of the skin on my left arm, which appears like a rash which has spread over the last few years, and the rash is in the form of skin which has a darker pigment. It very occasionally itches, but when it does itch, it is usually near the places that the skin has developed a bump or two (which are white, they look and feel like dead skin), and the bumps cannot be popped or anything, they just seem like a small collection of dead skin. The rash has been spreading down and around my arm, and slowly up to my shoulder too, over the course of the past few years. It is getting large though and coming past my tshirt sleeve so I'm getting a little worried about it. It hasn't gone away in a long time and the bumps have stayed there too for such a long time. If anyone has any clues, I'd greatly appreciate any response. If you need more info I can post a picture or two or I can provide any additional requested details.
