I have had a painful chronic paronychia infection on the side of my nail for about 2 months now. I initailly was perscribed Keflex to treat any bacteria but the infection remains. I was also told to use Clotrimizole ointment on it in the morning and evening. That doesn't seem to help the infection at all. I never knew a small fungal infection could be so persistant. I also try apple cider vinegar soaks to no avail. Can someone please give me any info as to what to do?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
