I have had redness (that gets worse with heat and is not painful) on these specific parts of my body for a while now and I want to get rid of it! :

-cheeks
-upper arms
-hips
-upper buttocks
-upper back thighs

About me : female, 19, 5'7, 100 pounds, pear shaped (wide hips, fat on lower body, thin upper body), on no medication, have no allergies, healthy diet,

Could this be a result of

-inactivity
-poor circulation
-lack of certain nutrients (for example Omega-3)
-something to do with inflammation

???

Any info would be much help!!

  • Is the temperature very hot where you live? It might be heat rash or inflammation. I'm not really sure. What I would do is apply a cool, wet towel to the red areas and take an anti-inflammatory medication like aspirin or advil to reduce the redness. After applying the cool towel, put on some pure aloe vera gel. Make sure it's pure and doesn't contained added fragrances since that can irritate the skin. If you don't see any change in 24 hours, see the doctor. I hope you get better soon!
