For the past week I have had a burning sensation of the skin on my left buttocks. I have noticed a few scattered tiny bumps that look like slightly enlarged hair follicles (almost unnoticeable though). The burning seems to be most persistent at night especially after laying or sitting on my butt for a while. Any idea what it could be?
