I have a small, round, light-red bump on the skin by my left wrist near the bony area on the left side of that wrist. It's hardened like a callus, with nothing inside of it (not a pimple). I've only had it for a couple of years (no pain). Could it be a callus caused by always wearing my watch on that wrist very near that area while I'm working (I'm a cashier at Wal-Mart.)? Is there anything I can do to reduce its size or to soften it? It's not causing me any problems other than cosmetic embarrassment. Any help would be appreciated.
