Ok I have this bump in my groin area, pretty close to my bikini line that is very painful. At first since I shave my bikini line and my pubic area, I thought it was just a pimple as a result of razor burn. It's been there for a long time now and I think when I first got it, I busted it. Some pus came out and I thought nothing of it. Now the bump hurts and is soft on top. There is no head, its soft, as in i can push it down (but that hurts), and red. When I push down on it I can feel the skin around it and its hard. It kind feels like a blister almost, that's how soft it is. I tried sticking a needle in it and lots of blood came out along with some pus but not a lot. I tried putting neosporin on it but all it idd was relieve some of the pain. tonight i pout alcohol on it and im trying to see if it will dry it out. could this be a result of shaving down there? is this a boil or a cyst? could it be infected? i made sure i cleaned the needle with lots of alcohol before i sucks it in the bubble and i make sure my hands are always clean when i touch it. gosh i hope its not infected. :(

  • It's almost certainly a lymph node, which is completely normal. You have several of them in that area, on both sides. I bet if you feel around carefully, you'll locate more of them. The skinnier you are, the easier it is to feel these lymph nodes._________________Get Your 24 Hour Yeast Infection Cure Here
