I don't know if this is a crazy thing to worry about but can you get blood diseases such as AIDS or hepatitis threw bad eczema say on your hands if you can into contact with infected blood?

I can't shake the thought in my head like for years I didn't care much about the eczema on my hands i would leave it without treating it so the skin was damaged on my hands.

I literally can't find anything on this, only about infections from dirt and such.

Can anyone put my mind at ease, I keep thinking about if I shook hands with someone who had a cut on thier hand, and over the years I imagine I have shook a lot of peoples hands!
