Blister-looking bumps on nose that continue to grow. Still 'undiagnosed'.

Is this Rhinoplahyma? Mites? an odd form of Rosacia? Only one side of nose becomes swollen, and only sometimes. Tea Tree oil makeup remover wreaks havoc on my nose (turns bright red, then blisters up).

I notice when I eat sweets or drink a lot of caffeinated coffee, one side of the nose swells (only the same side of the nose ever swells)

Been to too many Drs. to even mention...Mayo Clinic, Vanderbilt....many, many others. They don't know and have no treatment ideas (other than an anti-inflammatory, which didn't work). Surely someone reading this has an idea of what I might investigate?

It's becoming quite unsightly, and if I do plastic surgery, it may come back. Laser or electrosurgery, dermobrasion? Are there any doctors or informed individuals regarding this symptom that can provide any advice? I would welcome it!

  • May I know where you located? sorry I don't know laser is possible on your nose. You can directly visit to near your doctor and make clarification about your problem. http://indianambulance.com/skin-doctors-in-chennai.php?n=3
