I've had a hugely annoying skin condition for about 3 years now...I am about to visit my 4th--that's right, 4th!--dermatologist who hopefully can correctly diagnose these long-lasting itchy red bumps that first appeared on my chest and now pop up largely on my upper back, all over my scalp, and hairline, neck, jawline...and randomly elsewhere such as abdomen and upper arms. I first suspected some type of ravenous bug. The initial itching is so bad it's almost like a sting. AS FOR SCARRING: When the bumps finally do fade--and they last weeks at a time--they leave behind a brown splotch like a rather large freckle. Has ANYONE out there had anything similar? All the creams, lotions and potions prescribed by these other doctors haven't done a ***n thing and I am about to freak out. Would deeply appreciate any feedback from someone who has or has had a similar persistent, aggravating, egregiously pruritic (itchy) manifestation on their skin. THANK YOU!Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
