Me and my brother have recently been getting these tiny red bumps all over our bodies. They don't really itch, but they can get irritated and start to sting easily. They kind of look like acne but don't have any puss, some of mine started to scab over. I do a lot of activities which require me to touch other people, and I don't want to spread this!

Could be fibroids, which can be genetic. They are harmless. I have fibroids, they run on my mom's side. My twin sister also has them. Go to a dermatologist to be sure. Don't pick or scratch at them, they can scar.

Maybe Scabies, a tiny mite/parasite that burrowns under the skin causing scabbing and itching, it is HIGHLY CONTAGIOUS! There's a simple cure for that but it's a topical and/or oral prescription medicine from your Dr/Derm.
