5 red bumps in one area

I have 5 red bumps in one small area on my hip/ab area. They don't itch and they seem to be on the surface, as in there isn't like a ball of something underneath them. 2 of them hurt the most and seem to be raised more than the others. They almost feel like blisters but not quite. They only hurt to touch them or put pressure on them, otherwise I don't notice them.

I think they showed up around Sunday, today is Wednesday. Saturday night I wore jeans I haven't worn in awhile and they're right where the waist band would be. I guess what I'm asking is what could they be? Rubbing from my jeans? Reaction to something?

Included a couple pictures... thanks!
