I have pain at the side of my shoulder blades (the side facing towards the spine). I tried to find something on the website but people who had shoulder blade pain had pain in there necks too, but i dont. Im quite young (18) and i do lots of weights and train hard (mainly pull ups). I have a pain which starts in the evening as pins and needles at the sides of the shoulder blades and then aches. It stops if i lie down.
I cant find anything on the net about this, i went to a doctor and he massaged and put electric devices on my back to shock. It felt good for 2 days and re started now. Does anyone share these symptoms? If so feel free to pm me. Im really scared i mite be damaging myself day by day via excercises and im living at cyprus and there isnt many proper doctors. Thanx for any replys guys.
