Your question was
"I have had pain in my right shoulder for months now gradually getting worse. I had an ultrasound scan, and have been told it is a frozen shoulder. I have severely restricted movement in my arm, cannot lift past 30deg. Hd two cortisone injections but they haven't helped at all!
But the most aggravation is caused by almost continual soreness round my right collar bone and neck, sort of burning feeling .And when I walk all my neck muscles ache and even my left shoulder goes sore.Am scared to walk far ,and cannot cycle even though I am a keen cyclist.
Is this all related to the frozen shoulder and what can I do for best. Are painkillers much good, as I try to avoid them.
Have seen a physio but they weren't very forthcoming.
Am so worried about neck and collarbone soreness, its worse than the shoulder pain!!
