Hi i am a 31 y/o woman with a terrible pain in my shoulder (front, side, and back) that goes up my the neck on the left side. It hurts most when im at a standing resting position and hurts less when I work out or when i'm active. I am in the gym almost everyday and was doing nothing new with my back/shoulder routine and all was good. the next morning when i got out of bed i had this pain in my shoulder and neck that doesent feel like mucsle pain. i am good when i lay down, or sit in certain positions, but if i am walking around or standing...OUCH! Its been 5 days now and it just getting worse. Ive tried NSAIDs and tylenol and no help.
