This has been progressing for the last 10 or so years. I feel it most in my hands, palms and fingertips. It started happening only in my sleep. Now is happens all of the time and definitely starts in my shoulders and armpits. When I am driving, my hands go numb, as though I have been grabbing the steering wheel with all my might, yet I have not. Most recently, holding anything for a few minutes causes my fingers to tingle and my shoulders to throb and I occasionally drop things. These last few weeks my armpits, shoulders and fingers are continuously numb and tingling all day and night. Stretching helps , but very temporarily. I am a 46 year old male whose work is extremely physical as a commercial electrician, so this situation is stressful. Could this be the result of shoulder and neck injuries from motorcycle accidents back in the day? Is there anything that I can do to reverse this? :eek:Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
