Hello..... My shoulders have gotten progressively worse over the last 15 yrs. But I think it all comes from the cervical area of my neck. Anyone else agree with me?

  • I agree. The area around my cervical neck region has a dramatic affect on my shoulder blade region. The shoulders, neck and upper back are intricately connected. Myofacial release has been miraculous with some rolfing and one on one Pilates for correct posture.Agape,Searchingsam
