I work in an office during the day and my family run a pub. With me being in charge of the cellar I do a lot of heavy lifting, and I think it is this, combined with being hunched over a desk 8 hours a day, that is contributing to my bad back...

if my employer refuses to get me an orthopaedic chair to help me maintain a good posture, is this deemed as criminal negligence?? Is there anything I can legally do to make him buy me a new chair...
