Why don't I have chlamydia

My current boyfriend recently found out that his ex had chlamydia. Obviously, I am going to think that I have it too, as they were sexually active when they dating. My boyfriend and the girl take the curing medication and before I have the chance to take it, my test comes back negative. How does that make sense? My boyfriend must have had it while we were together. Why don't I have it? Could it possibly be a false NEGATIVE?

  • If you and your bf have protected sex, then your risk of getting chlamydia can be low. It’s suggested to accept treatments as soon as possible for chlamydia patients. As for treatment of chlamydia infection, antibiotics are the most common but it will cause drug resistance and can be easily recurrent. Herbal medicine like Fuyan Pill for female and Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill for males maybe a better option compared with antibiotics, because it is made from Chinese herbs without any side effects and drug resistance.
