White Spots on Shaft, on glans, and around crown of penis

Hi all. Approximately a week ago, I received unprotected oral sex. The girl was not very good and scratched my penis with her teeth several times, which is why I started looking for any signs of STDs. I didn't notice any apparent cold sores on her mouth nor any other glaring "halt signs." Anyways, approximately a day or two later, I noticed some small bumps(ranging from skin-colored to slightly whitish in color) around the crown of the glans as well as on the glans itself. No pus is noticeable in the spots nor do they have red bases. I have always had a large amount of white spots running up the shaft of my penis as well as some on the scrotum; I've done some research on those and think they are Fordyce spots. I never noticed the other spots around the crown and on the glans, however. It's possible that I just never paid any attention to them because I was not actively checking for an STD as prior to my experience last week I had not participated in any form of sexual acts. The spots don't seem to be itchy at all and they don't appear to be blistering as of this post either. Some of the ones on the shaft appear like they may be clustered together, but it's hard to decipher if they are simply the suspected Fordyce spots or new growths. They don't have the typical "cauliflower" look as genital warts do, either. I would appreciate any opinions as to what these spots may be and whether you think they may be STD-related or simply new occurrences of Fordyce spots. Thanks in advance.

  • I forgot to include some additional details in the original post. Firstly, I am uncircumcised. Secondly, 2 months ago, I was prescribed Adderall to treat ADHD. Since beginning the medication, I have noticed increased oiliness of my skin and as a result, I have also started to form acne on my forehead. I don't know if this is a possible cause of the genital issue possibly because of the increase in sebaceous gland secretions.
