White Penis Bumps

I recently noticed an area on the "rim" of my penis' glans that consists of a collection of small white bumps. These are painless, don't itch and haven't really seemed to spread. I'm not entirely sure how long they've been there...a few weeks at least.

Anyone have any idea what this could be? It almost seems, to my untrained eye, like some sort of infection or maybe even some sort of weird scar tissue.

  • Hey Zippy,I was wondering if you figured out what it was... Looking at the picture, I basically have the same thing as you... Its weird because I cant find similar pictures on the net and so I'm having trouble figuring out what it is exactly...I've been to my doctor and he's said it'll go away with time, not giving a full answer. This really sucks... Did you figure out what it was?Let me know,Thx in advance.

  • With continious research I have come to narrowing it down to 3 possibilities.1st- HPV (genital warts)2st- LP (lichen planus of the penis)3rd - could be 85% correct = PPP (pearly penile papules/Hirsuties papillaris genitals)

  • i found the answer Q:About five years ago, I noticed a lot of tiny bumps on my penis. When squeezed, they produce little white bits. In the last year, these spots have become very itchy and I have a fishy smell around my foreskin. I have never had sex, nor have I performed any sexual acts with anyone (which may sound a little sad for my age). If it’s not an STD, what could it be? I have also noticed tiny fungal spots around the head of my penis. A: The tiny bumps on the skin of your penis are most likely "ectopic sebaceous glands," and they are completely normal. They may contain a small amount of white waxy material called sebum, but they are not infectious and do not require treatment.

Thats most probably candida albicans, I'm a doctor, but not a dermatologist so I can't say for sure. But you should go see a doctor ASAP... and get it treated correctly, if you wanna have a normal sexual life after.
