Im 18 years old and a male. Please read this and help me if you can.
Basically: I have a small, hard lump on the very bottom of my left testicle, that seems to come and go. Sometimes its not even there, and sometimes a similar bump is on the bottom of my right testicle. Also my left testicle seems to sit at weird angles sometimes, sometimes sideways. It seems to get swollen and not. Anyone know what this is?
More extensive: This all started in May of 2007. I had been masturbating a lot for a while. I was masturbating about 4 times a day, and it took a long time for me to reach an orgasm at this point, so sometimes it took over an hour of masturbating to reach orgasm. I woke up in the morning after a night full or masturbating, and realized that my left testicle hurt slightly, just a little aching. Before this I had never felt pain before, even slightly. It was swollen. I got kind of freaked out about it, I felt the top and found what I thought was a bump (it wasnt really, just the epiditymitis) and I started crying and that my life was over because I thought I had testicular cancer. Anyways, I calmed down and said that if the pain didnt clear up in 5 days, I would go to the doctors. The pain got slightly worse but then cleared to just a very dull ache, hardly noticable so I didnt go. But ever since that day Ive had on and off weird things with my left testicle. I found out that I have a "varicolele" that comes and goes, its basically a enlarged, twisted vein thats on the top of my left testicle, it enlarges sometimes when I get aroused for a long time or masturbate too much. I found out its harmless. My left testicle seems to sit at weird positions though, sometimes it sits almost sits sideways. I dont know why this is. Also, I have a small hard bump on the very bottom of my left testicle that Ive noticed ever since that day, its painless. It never gets any bigger. Sometimes I can feel it good, other times its not even there no matter how much I feel. I also sometimes feel a very similar, but smaller, bump on my right testicle on the same place at the bottom but on the right one. I wanted to know what everyone thought of this. Im hoping that its not testicular cancer. I would be very embarassed to go to a doctor and say these things, and if I lost one of my testicles it would be devestating to me. What do you think it is?
